Lenton Care Link runs three centres. They are from 10.30 to 2pm, and transport can be provided for a small cost.
The Monday Centre takes place at:
Dunkirk and Old Lenton Community Centre,
Montpelier Road, Dunkirk
The Tuesday Centre, held at Unity House, Church
Street, Lenton, has an Asian Meal and emphasis.
The Thursday Centre is held at:
Thomas Helwys Baptist Chuch,
Church Street, Lenton
